You probably can't see it very well, but I don't believe I will be using the tutorial for my project. I will probably mess around with the different filters though.

Example of What I Want to Make:

For my idea, I don't want to change the shape of the bill. I want to keep it the same. Basically what I'm wanting to do is redesign the bills to where the backgrounds are the U.S. Military Flags, with the branch's seal, and this one picture I found that says "Made In The U.S.A", with the branch's rocker patch above the seal from the flag, with the serial number starting with U, the year America was founded with a 0 in the middle and then what year the branch was founded and then ending with S (U177601775S). This is the closest example that I found while researching.
